The Event Marketing Measurement Coalition (EMMC) is an all-volunteer industry association dedicated to the development and promotion of standardized methods and metrics for the measurement and analytics of event and experiential marketing programs and initiatives. We partner with brands, agencies and other like-minded organizations to help develop, educate, inform and connect professionals in the event and experiential marketing industry.

As an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization, we raise money through membership dues, sponsorships, and other initiatives related to our mission.

 Sponsorship Opportunities:

EMMC offers several levels of sponsorship at various level of investment and benefits. These include:

  • For an annual donation of $5,000, corporations (brands) can place an individual on our Brand Advisory Board (EMMC BAB). The EMMC BAB meets twice per year to discuss relevant topics, help develop programs and strategies, and provide guidance to our leadership and operating Board of Directors. The Executive Committee of the EMMC BoD would organize and moderate each AAB Meeting. There can be up to 12 members of the EMMC BAB at any one time and spots are only vacated when a current member elects to step down. Organizations can hold no more than one seat on the BAB.

    Benefits include:

    • Representation on the BAB

    • Invitation to all EMMC events and conferences (2 passes per board seat)

    • Logo and/or name recognition on all EMMC materials

    • Logo and/or name recognition on the EMMC website

    • First refusal on webinar co-sponsorship (with an agency partner)

    • First refusal on speaking engagements and panel participation at EMMC events and conferences

    • Free tuition for one individual to gain EMMC educational certification (101 Level Curriculum)

    • Two free individual memberships

    • Early access to all EMMC publications, research studies and benchmarking data

    • Additional sponsorship or marketing initiatives at discounted rates

    • And many other benefits.

  • For an annual donation of $5,000*, Agencies and Suppliers in the Event and Experiential Marketing industry can place an individual on our Agency Advisory Board (EMMC AAB). The EMMC AAB meets twice per year to discuss relevant topics, help develop programs and strategies, and provide guidance to our leadership and operating Board of Directors. The Executive Committee of the EMMC BoD would organize and moderate each AAB Meeting. There can be up to 12 members of the EMMC AAB at any one time and spots are only vacated when a current member elects to step down. Organizations can hold no more than one seat on the AAB.

    Benefits include:

    • Representation on the AAB

    • Invitation to all EMMC events and conferences (2 passes per board seat)

    • Logo and/or name recognition on all EMMC materials

    • Logo and/or name recognition on the EMMC website

  • Program Sponsors can donate to support a particular EMMC program or initiative. This includes the following:

    • Educational Certification Program

    • Annual Survey

    • Website / Newsletter / Emails

    • Research Studies

    • Benchmarking Tool

    • And others…

    If desired, a Program Sponsor can work in EMMC to develop and implement a custom program or initiatives to that aligns to their brand or agency goals.
