His work has included multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital strategies, street-marketing initiatives, business and consumer events.

Dax is the Strategy Director at UK-based agency Smyle. He founded the Experiential Marketing Measurement Coalition (EMMC) in 2018.

John’s passion is in developing strategies that will help clients grow their businesses profitably and sustainably. He has deep experience across multiple verticals including B2B technology, automotive, healthcare/medical and professional/business services.

Matt Sincaglia

Matt is a 14-year marketing and communications veteran. He oversees consumer insights, brand strategy, trendspotting, measurement, data analytics, and new business development at RedPeg Marketing. He focuses on identifying how brands can best reach their target audience and how to optimize program performance by being data informed. Through his guidance and leadership, RedPeg has earned dozens of industry awards, including a Top 10 Most Innovative Companies award from Fast Company.

Katie Streten

Katie has worked in digital and physical experiences for more than 15 years. Before joining VMLYRCommerce, Katie was the Head of Strategy for Imagination's Ford account. She has worked in B2B and B2C across multiple sectors, delivering strategy for everything from stunts to brand homes, VR immersions to influencer campaigns. With the privilege of working on award-winning teams, she has won awards including BAFTA, the Ex Awards and The Drum and speaking at SXSW.

Katie has served on the EMMC Board of Directors since 2020.

For more than 25 years, Gordon has led teams that help clients achieve their business goals & marketing objectives through face-to-face marketing. He is active in the industry, including sitting on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA), the Experiential Marketing Measurement Coalition (EMMC), and founding the Technology Event Marketing Strategy Council (TEMSC), and was on the leadership team of industry tradeshows & conferences such as PC, Unix, and Networks Expos.

Rebecca is Senior Manager, Strategic Events at Calendly where she leads internal and external event functions globally. Before joining Calendy, she was a senior manager on the strategic events marketing team at Okta focused on digital strategy, reporting, and analytics, as well as working with various teams to streamline event processes.

Rebecca began her career working in technical event production, developing sales and technical (audio, video, lighting) skills which enabled her to achieve her Certified Special Events Professional designation.

Rob has worked in live events, specifically event tech, for 20 years. His experience centers around how technology supports attendee experience and overall engagement at corporate events. Robn helps B2B marketers and event owners focusing on the data from these platforms, integrated with their own business systems, to help demonstrate the business value of live events. In conjection with Clevertouch Consulting, we have set up Event Footprints as Europes largest Event Tech / Mar Tech consultancy, focused on measurement.

A Certified Diversity Practitioner (CDP) with over 15 years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Zoe provides services as a consultant, speaker and professional development trainer on all topics involving inclusive event management. supplier diversity and developing strategic initiatives in the hospitality, events and tourism ecosystem.

As a strategic disruptor and a self-proclaimed doerpreneur, Zoe engages with leaders to examine how operational biases hinder the development, enforcement, and training of policies, procedures, and programs. She is solution-driven and helps to determine measurable and sustainable programs, using data from surveys, assessments, interviews, and questionnaires.

Currently, Zoe works as the Event Producer for Nomadness Fest and Latino Travel Fest where she coordinate logistics, manages key stakeholders and advises on business strategies. Both events focus on Black, POC and Latine travelers and content creators.

Doug Richter

Doug has been an entertainment for 35 years. He’s held executive roles at BMG Entertainment (Marketing Manager), Wherehouse Music (Director of Online Marketing) and at Time Inc where he was Managing Director of Global Partnerships for their live events division. In this role, his team was tasked with developing a ‘live media’ platform by developing a portfolio of new events and festivals for their iconic brands including Sports Illustrated, People and Entertainment Weekly.

He founded Meritage Entertainment in 2017 to advise brands, festivals and talent on partnerships and sponsorship strategies. He’s currently on the Board of Advisors for FestForums, the top industry conference for festivals and is a Founding Member of SMA, Sponsorship Marketing Association.
